On a popular Oklahoma High School Sports website, CoachesAid.com, there is a thread devoted to this week's game between the Valliant Bulldogs and the Seminole Chieftans.  Seminole will have to make the lo-o-o-ng road trip to Valliant on Friday to play at Bulldog Stadium.

In the first three weeks of the season, the Bulldogs are averaging 50 points per game.  That is more points than any other team in 3A, but the Chieftans are close behind with 46.7 points per game on average, and their defense has been slightly more stingy.  The Bulldogs have given up an average of 9.7 points per game, while the Chieftans have given up 4.7 points per game.

Seminole is one of the storied football programs in the state, with 25 consecutive playoff appearances.  The Bulldogs know this will be a tough game, but they also know they can win.  They are tough, in good shape, and well coached.

This should be a great game.
