Football Summer Program

Bulldog Summer Program



* Workouts start on June 13th, end on August 5th.  The junior high will start workouts on June 20th.


* There will be no workouts during the last full week of July 25th  29th.


* Workout days are on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (morning only)


* Workout times are at 6:30 am or 6:30 pm.  There will be a junior high session             which will begin at 8:30am. 


* Player can choose either the morning session or evening session to attend.


* Workouts consist of weight training and running.  It will last about 2 hours.            


* There are 21 days during the summer that are available to attend, 18

   must be attended in order to be exempt from make-up running.


*You can double up (come both morning and evening) to make up for days                                              

   missed, not to make up for days that you will miss in the coming weeks.



****Passing League will start on Thursday, June 30th and continue every Thursday through July 14th.  That is three consecutive weeks.  We will compete against Broken Bow.  It will start at 6:30pm.  All QB’s, RB’s, WR’s, TE’s , LB’s, A & B, DB’s should be in attendance.
